Jumpstart is a 2-week cardiac rhythm management (CRM) course for allied health care professionals. Attendees should have a basic understanding of EKG and its interpretation, e.g., Dale Dubin’s Rapid Interpretation of EKG’s, chapters 1-6. Ideal candidates for the CRM Jumpstart are device clinic and newer industry professionals. Classes are held Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm (except the first day beginning at 8:00am and the last day ending at 11:30am). The course combines didactic with hands-on programming experience with all of the device manufacturers (if desired). The curriculum is listed but can also be customized. This course counts as 57 approved continuing education credits needed to maintain IBHRE certification.

The cost of the course is $2,450, which includes a textbook and a Tablet loaded with all of the PowerPoint slides.
